Yoga For Healing Trauma
Many cancer survivors may or may not know that going through cancer actually creates complex trauma and PTSD. After a 30 year study, Yoga was proven to help aid PTSD and trauma more effectively than therapy or medication.
This Yoga for healing trauma series is guided by myself to lead you in lowering your PTSD and trauma from cancer.
As someone who has been clinically diagnosed with both complex trauma and PTSD this is how I have been able to heal myself from the inside out. Trauma isn’t just in our minds, it is stored in our bodies. We need to heal the trauma to move forward.
Through this series of movements, you will learn how to recover parts and pieces of yourself through mindful & gentle movement. This creates a new relationship with your body and mind.
