I just like to call myself a badass that kicked cancer's (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) ass 3 times and likes to help out other cancer survivors.
I went through treatment 3 different times, using several different treatment protocols.
Finally, the third time about 4 years ago I kicked it for good. Though, it didn’t take me long to realize remission wasn’t the end. It was the beginning.More About Me
What do I do as a cancer coach?
I teach women how to create, implement and transform their new normal to lead a healthier & happier life.
I teach women how to accomplish a lifestyle to help prevent cancer from coming back.
I teach women exercise for strength and weight loss.
I teach women how to eat to prevent cancer.
I teach women how to find themselves again so they can confidently move forward
I teach women how to get rid of the paralyzing fear & anxiety.
I teach women how to let go of their old lives so they can embrace their new normal.
I help women find their new purpose after cancer.
I teach women how to move forward with a healthy & happy life after cancer.
As cancer survivors we go through so much pain, it’s hard to stop living in survival mode.
It took me countless different techniques, classes, books, whatever. Lots of trial and error to realize that.
It shouldn’t be that hard to thrive after cancer.
So, after years of trying to finally regain my happiness back, I eventually cracked the code, so to speak.
But I thought to myself:
“If it took me years to figure this stuff out for myself post-cancer, what would happen if I helped others with it?”
So I did just that.
I founded the

And it worked. Worked pretty fucking good if you ask countless other women cancer survivors.

I have learned balance, time blocking, morning and evening routines, all which help me complete more activities and do not leave me feeling exhausted at the end of the day. I am more emotionally strong to handle the ups and downs of life. I have mantras, breathe work, vision boards, goals, mini goals, happy dances and movement to get guide me and assist me in bringing myself back to center when I start to feel emotionally unstable. Mentally I feel stronger, more capable and confidence than prior to taking the course. Spiritually I know that I am meant to be here, I am meant to survive and I am meant to Thrive and seeing just how much of a Thriver I am.”
