One of the hurdles of surviving cancer is that we are ultimately left with a lot of anxiety or worry about everything: Our health, our life, our happiness…I could go on for days.
There is so much “what if” swirling around our heads that it’s hard to even concentrate, sleep, or get anything done on our task lists.
As a 3x cancer survivor, my anxiety was through the roof. It was often times debilitating. I remember one time I was at the eye doctor and my anxiety got so bad it turned into a panic attack. That is when I knew I had to figure out a way to manage it.
Well, that lead me into a deep rabbit hole on studying how the brain worked and eventually lead me to figuring out how to stop it before it could even interrupt my day.
This guide is me sharing with you what I do for myself every day.
