What you were doing pre-cancer
isn't going to support
your post-cancer body...
I know what it’s like, as a 3x cancer survivor, to be so exhausted….
I also had the unfortunate side-effect of weight gain, not weight loss, during my 5-year battle. I put on over 30 pounds of steroid weight.
That, plus being thrust into post-menopause....
Trust me, I started to workout exactly like I was prior to cancer, and the scale would not move.
I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t shedding weight or fat.
I didn’t realize just how much I had to change the way in which I exercised.
Long bouts of steady state cardio actually can have a negative effect on cortisol, and that alone will stop your body from losing fat.
Weight management is absolutely key to prevention. Here’s why: Too much body fat can trigger inflammation in the body, causing the pancreas to produce more insulin (plus the extra fat cells already make more estrogen). That, in combination with too much insulin and estrogen, causes cells to divide more than usual. In some cases, these new cells can form cancer.
It really is about BMI (body mass index) and not just scale weight either - It’s the fat to muscle ratio.
What I was doing prior to cancer wasn’t going to support my post-cancer body.
You have to learn how to manage your weight in a different way.
That means exercising differently to support your hormonally-changed body.
What you were doing prior to cancer isn’t going to support your post-cancer body.
This program will help you shed fat.
This program will help you build muscle for a healthy BMI.
This program will increase your energy.
This program is about body recomposition.
Through this program, I have had clients lose anywhere from 5-35 pounds and keep it off. The average weight loss is 12 pounds, and that is incredible.
This strategy works no matter how old you are. Most of my clients are in their late 40’s to late 50’s.
Yes, my clients are even on hormone-suppressing medications, such as: Tamoxifen, Anastrozle (Arimidez), Examestane (Aromasin), Letrozole (Femara), & Tamofene to name a few.
This program is designed to get you physically stronger, and that, as a byproduct, ends up with you losing weight and shedding inches of body fat, especially around the mid-section.
This is the strategy that I used to shed 30 pounds of steroid weight myself. I still use to this day to maintain a healthy weight. After 5 years in menopause, my weight of course does fluctuate a few pounds one way or the other as it should, but I haven’t gained any weight.
I know when we feel good, we also want to look good. Feeling strong in our bodies is part of that.
This program is designed specifically with modifications, so you’ll have everything you need.
- No gym required.
- You will need a yoga mat.
- Dumbbells aren't required, but your strength increases over time, and you will want to add weight to these at some point.
- You may want to start out with a 2lb or 3lb set of dumbbells, and then progress from there.
- There is a beginner, intermediate and advanced exercise program for all levels.
- So really this program is meant to be used three times.
Here are a couple examples of just the 12-week transformation:
Let's Talk!
Before I ask you to hand over any money at all, I’d like to talk to you first.
If all of this sounds good, and you’re ready to stop living life in fear…
If you’re ready to finally take life into your own hands and finally be happy again...
Then all you have to do is click below, and hop on a call with me.
This isn’t some high-pressure sales call or anything. I’m just genuinely going to talk to you. I want to learn more about you, and what you’ve experienced. I’m going to give you some advice, and then determine if you’d be a good fit for the program.
It’s that simple.
If you’re not, then I’ll point you in the right direction, and you’ll walk away from the call a lot better than before you booked it anyways.
